Steamed Mackerel Meat

Breadcrumbs   3 tablespoon(s)

Sugar    1 teaspoon(s)

Ground Chili Pepper  1 tablespoon(s)

Fish Sauce   1 tablespoon(s)

Boiled Pickled Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon(s) 

Sliced Yardlong Beans  2 tablespoon(s)

Sliced Parsley   1 tablespoon(s)

Sliced Spring Onion  1 tablespoon(s)

Vietnamese Chicken Sausage 50 grams

Sliced Shallot   1 tablespoon(s)

Sliced Thai Hot Pepper  1 tablespoon(s)

Sliced Dill   1 tablespoon(s)

Lime Juice   2 tablespoon(s)

 

1. Finely chopped streamed mackerel meat.

2. Mix well in breadcrumbs.

2. Fry until golden and crispy.

4. Boil rice noodles until softened. Set aside.

5. Make spicy sauce by adding sugar, ground chili pepper, fish sauce, Boiled Pickled Fish Sauce. Stir until blended well. Add prepared rice noodles and all ingrediants. Mix well.

蒸好的鲭鱼肉 1

面包糠  3 汤匙

  1 茶匙

辣椒粉  1 汤匙

鱼露  1 汤匙

鱼酱  1 汤匙

剁豆角  2 汤匙

剁欧芹  1 汤匙

剁葱  1 汤匙

越南鸡肉香肠 50

剁红葱  1 汤匙

剁小米椒 1 汤匙

剁莳萝  1 汤匙

柠檬汁  2 汤匙

 

1.切碎蒸好的鲭鱼肉。

2.加面包糠,然后混合至均匀。

3.炸至颜色变黄。

4.在开水中煮至米粉变嫩,然后留下来。

5.用糖、辣椒粉、鱼露、臭鱼酱做凉拌酱,搅拌至材料均匀。加入准备好的煮米粉,再加所有的食材,混合至均匀
