1. Mix rice with spicy curry paste, sliced kaffir lime leaves, oyster sauce and egg until all mixed well.
2. Roll the mixture into round shape, dip in crispy flour and deep fry over medium heat until crispy and golden.
3. Roughly break crispy rice in a utensil, add water-roasted minced pork, boiled pork rind, fermented pork, sugar, chilli paste, grounded Thai hot pepper, fish sauce, sliced ginger and shallot.
4. Mix all together.
5. Add fried peanuts, sliced spring onion, sliced parsley, sliced coriander, fried Thai hot pepper and lime juice. Mix together well again.

长粒泰国香米 200 克
红咖喱辣酱 2 汤匙

1.将长粒泰国香米、红咖喱辣酱、切丝的柠檬叶、蚝油和鸡蛋混合至均匀。
2.将米饭卷成圆形,浸入香脆面粉,然后在锅里用中火炸至金黄色。
3.再盘子里碎炸米饭,加入炒熟的猪肉末、炒熟的猪皮、酸肉肠、糖、辣椒酱、辣椒粉、鱼露、切丝的姜、剁红葱。
4.混合至均匀。
5.再加入炸花生、剁葱、剁欧芹、剁香菜、炸干小米椒和柠檬汁,然后混合至均匀。
