Fish Sauce (Low Sodium)        1        tablespoon(s)

Lime                                1        tablespoon(s)

Sliced Coriander                1        tablespoon(s)

Sweet Egg                        2        tablespoon(s)

1. Roughly pound garlic, Thai hot pepper and coriander root.

2. Mix with salt, stevia, fish sauce, lime and sliced coriander. Mix all together.

3. Plate the mixture.
