Coconut Milk   1 cup(s)

Beef    500 grams

Panang Chili Paste  2 tablespoon(s)

Coconut Palm Sugar  1 tablespoon(s)

Fish Sauce   1 tablespoon(s)

Sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves 5 leaves

Red Goat Pepper  1

Extra Long Grain Thai Hom Mali Rice 

 

1. Roast beef with coconut milk until desired doneness. Scoop up and let it sit.

2. Add panang chili paste to the leftover coconut milk and stir fry until fragrant. Add prepared beef.

3. Season with coconut palm sugar and fish sauce. Sprinkle with sliced kaffir lime leaves and red goat pepper.

4. Serve with Extra Long Grain Thai Hom Mali Rice

泰式帕能咖哩  2 汤匙

鱼露   1 汤匙

长粒泰国茉莉香米 

 

1.将牛肉和椰奶一起炒至熟,然后留下来。

3.用椰糖、鱼露调味,将切丝的柠檬叶和红指天椒放在咖哩上。
