Chopped Garlic             1          teaspoon(s)

Shrimp Oil                     1          tablespoon(s)

Shrimp                          80         grams

Egg                              1         

Brown Rice                   200       grams

Diced Carrot                  1          tablespoon(s)

Seasoning Sauce          2          teaspoon(s)

Sugar                           1          teaspoon(s)

Salt                              1/2        teaspoon(s)

Sliced Spring Onion       1          tablespoon(s)

 

1. Cook and prepare brown rice.

2. Grease the pan with oil, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

3. Add shrimp oil, stir fry just enough cooked, then add shrimp.

4. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove only the shrimp from the pan, then add eggs and fry until done.

5. Add the prepared brown rice and carrots, flavor with seasoning sauce, sugar, salt and end with spring onion.
