Minestrone Vegetable Soup

 

Bacon    50 grams

Diced Onion   1/2 bulb

Minced Garlic   1 tablespoon(s)

Diced Bell Pepper  2 tablespoon(s)

Diced Carrot   2 tablespoon(s)

Sliced Shiitake Mushrooms 4

Diced Tomato   1

Canned White Kidney Beans 1/4 can

Canned Peas   1/4 can

Tomato Paste   3 tablespoon(s)

Pork Stock   500 ml

Salt    2 teaspoon(s)

Black Pepper   1 tablespoon(s)

Organic Black Rice Pasta   

Parmesan Cheese 

Crispy Bacon 

Sliced Spring Onion

 

1. Stir-fry bacon, to drain the fat.

2. When bacon grease is rendered, add onion and stir-fry until translucent. Add garlic and keep stiring a bit more.

3. Add diced bell pepper, diced carrot, sliced shiitake mushrooms, diced tomato, canned white kidney beans, canned peas, stir-fry until cooked.

4. Add tomato paste, and then pork stock. Season with salt and black pepper.

5. Add organic black rice pasta.

6. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until pasta is softened per desired.

7. Serve and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, crispy bacon and spring onion.

黑胡椒   1 汤匙

意式面  

玛奶酪 

脆皮培根 

剁葱 

 

1.炸培根,为了榨油。

2.有油出来时,加入洋葱,炒至变熟,再加大蒜继续炒。

3.加入切小块的柿子椒、切小块的胡罗卜、剁香菇、切小块的西红柿、白芸豆罐头、豌豆罐头,然后炒至蔬菜变熟。

4.加入香浓番茄酱、猪肉汤,用盐和黑胡椒调味。

5.加入意式面。

6.10钟或至面变嫩。
