Rice Mixed with Egg Rolled Mackerel

 

Canola Oil Spray               

Egg                                1       

Mackerel Eat                        1       

Thai RD 43                        150        grams

Sliced Shallot                        2        bulbs

Sliced Thai Hot Pepper                1        tablespoon(s)

Low-Sodium Fish Sauce        1 1/2        tablespoon(s)

Low-Sodium Soy Sauce                1        tablespoon(s)

Stevia                                1        teaspoon(s)

Low-Sodium Salt                1/2        teaspoon(s)

Lime Juice                        1 1/2        tablespoon(s)

Mix them together               

 

1. Grill steamed mackerel per desired color.

2. Make an omelet for egg roll part.

3. Pick out mackerel meat, then mix with Thai RD 43. Add sliced shallots and sliced Thai hot pepper.

4. Season with low-sodium fish sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, stevia, low-sodium salt and lime jiuce. Mix all together.

5. Roll it with a prepared omelet. Cut into small bites. Serve with boiled vegetables.

 

鲭鱼拌饭鸡蛋卷

 

鸡蛋                        1       

鲭鱼肉                        1       

白米 RD 43                150       

剁红葱                        2       

剁小米椒                1        汤匙

钠鱼露                1 1/2        汤匙

钠酱油                1        汤匙

甜叶菊                        1        茶匙

钠盐                        1/2        茶匙

柠檬汁                        1 1/2        汤匙

混合在一起               

 

1.烤已经蒸好的鲭鱼至颜色变好看。

 

2.鸡蛋,以便做蛋卷。

3.鲭鱼肉和白米 RD 43混合在一起,再加剁红葱和剁小米椒。

4.用低钠鱼露、低钠酱油、甜叶菊、低钠盐和柠檬调味,然后混合在一起。

5.拿所有的材料跟准备好的煎蛋一起卷起来,然后切成小段,与煮熟的蔬菜一起食用
