Fried Basil Leaves with Shrimp
Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon(s)
Chopped Garlic 1 tablespoon(s)
Sliced Thai Hot Pepper 1 tablespoon(s)
Shrimp 200 gram(s)
Oyster Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)
Fish Sauce 1 tablespoon(s)
Soy Sauce 2 teaspoon(s)
Sugar 1 tablespoon(s)
Basil Leaves
1. Stir fry garlic and Thai hot pepper with oil until fragrant.
2. Add shrimp. When it's cooked, season with oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar and basil leaves. Keep stir frying just awhile, then set aside.
3. Deep fry dry basil leaves.
4. Serve with Royal Umbrella Hug-Phayao Rice.
炸嘎抛炒虾
植物油 1 汤匙
剁大蒜 1 汤匙
剁小米椒 1 汤匙
虾 200 克
耗油 1 汤匙
鱼露 1 汤匙
酱油 2 茶匙
糖 1 汤匙
嘎抛叶
1.将大蒜和小米椒炒在油里至有香味。
2.加入虾肉,等炒虾肉至熟,用耗油、鱼露、酱油和糖调味,最后加嘎抛叶,再超一点所有材料,将从锅出留下来。
3.将干嘎抛叶炸在锅里。
4.配上跟帕夭府的茉莉香米米饭一起食用。
