Shallots   4

Coriander Roots 3

Sliced Galangal  5 slices

Sliced Lemongrass 2 slices

Chili Paste  1 tablespoon(s)

Evaporated Milk  100 ml

Straw Mushroom 50 grams

Sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves 3 leaves

Red Chili  3

Sugar   2 teaspoon(s)

Fish Sauce  1 tablespoon(s)

River Prawns  2  

Lime Juice  2 tablespoon(s)

 

1. Fill a pot with water and turn on the heat. When water starts boiling, add shallot, coriander roots, galangal and lemongrass. Boil until fragrant.

2. Add chilli paste, evaporated milk, straw mushroom, kaffir lime leaves and red chili. Season with sugar and fish sauce.

3. Add river prawns, boil until cooked. Turn off the heat, add lime juice.

4. Serve with Extra Long Grain Thai Hom Mali Rice

香菜根  3

小片的高良姜 5

块的柠檬草 2

辣椒  1 汤匙

淡奶  100 毫升

草菇  50

柠檬叶  3

红小米椒 3

  2 茶匙

鱼露  1 汤匙

柠檬汁  2 汤匙

 

1.倒入白水在锅里,打开煤气。等到水烧开后,加入红葱、香菜根、高良姜与柠檬草直至有香味。

2.加入辣椒酱、淡奶、草菇、柠檬叶、红小米椒,然后用糖和鱼露调味。

3.加入河虾,等到虾煮熟,关闭煤气,挤柠檬。

4.配上长粒泰国茉莉香米一起食用
