Noodles in Gravy with Sea Bass

 

Vegetable Oil  2 teaspoon(s)

Chopped Garlic  2 teaspoon(s)

Soya Bean Paste 3 tablespoon(s)

Broth   1 cup(s)

Kale   80 grams

Shiitake Mushroom 40 grams

Oyster Sauce  1 tablespoon(s)

Seasoning Sauce 2 teaspoon(s)

Sugar   2 teaspoon(s)

Sesame Oil  1/2 teaspoon(s)

Cornflour with Water (per desired) 

Grounded Pepper 1 teaspoon(s)

Rice Noodles 

Sea Bass 

 

1. Stir fry garlic until fragrant, add soya bean paste, followed by broth, kale and shiitake mushroom.

2. Season with oyster sauce, seasoning sauce, sugar, sesame oil. Simmer until all ingredients are cooked.

3. Add cornflour with water to thicken. Lastly, add grounded pepper.

4. Boil rice noodles. Scoop up and set aside.

5. Fry Sea Bass until desired color.

 

泰式鲈鱼打卤面

 

植物油 2 茶匙

剁大蒜 2 茶匙

豆瓣 3 汤匙

1 计量杯

蓝菜 80

香菇 40

蚝油 1 汤匙

调味酱 2 茶匙

2 茶匙

香油 1/2 茶匙

在水中的溶解的粟粉(按您喜欢) 

胡椒粉 1 茶匙

米条 

鲈鱼

 

1.将打算炒在锅里至有香味,加入豆瓣酱、汤、芥蓝菜和香菇。

2.用蚝油、调味酱、糖和香油调味,熬所有材料至熟。

3.加入溶解的粟粉使水变使水变稠,然后加胡椒粉。

4.煮好米粉后,把米粉放在盘上留下来。

5.鲈鱼至变成好看的金黄色
