Chicken Almond Soup

Ingredients

Almond Milk                              480       ml

Galangal                                   35         grams

Lemon Glass                             20         grams

Kaffir Lime Leaves                     10         grams

Chicken Breast                          200       grams

King Oyster Mushroom              50         grams

Low-sodium Fish Sauce             1          tablespoon(s)

Stevia                                       1          teaspoon(s)

Thai Hot pepper                        1          tablespoon(s)

Lime Juice                                1          tablespoon(s)

Thai RD 43                               150       grams

 

Method

1. Heat almond milk in a pot over medium heat. Add galangal, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves until fragrant.

2. Add chicken breast and king oyster mushrooms, simmer until chicken is cooked.

3. Season with fish sauce, stevia, thai hot pepper. Stir everything together, add lime juice and turn off the heat immediately.

4. Serve with Thai RD 43.

 

杏仁奶鸡汤

材料

杏仁奶              480       毫升

高良姜              35         克

柠檬草              20         克

柠檬叶              10         克

鸡胸肉              200       克

杏鲍菇              50         克

低钠鱼露           1          汤匙

甜叶菊              1          茶匙

小米椒              1          汤匙

柠檬                  1          汤匙

白米 RD 43       150       克

 

做法

1.将杏仁牛奶放入锅中,用中火加热,再加入高良姜、柠檬草和柠檬叶,煮至香。

2.加鸡胸肉和杏鲍菇,煮至鸡肉煮熟。

3.用鱼露、甜叶菊、小米椒调味,然后一起搅拌。 再加柠檬汁并立即煤气灶。

4.配上白米 RD 43一起食用。
