Roasted Dried Thai Hot Pepper               4         

Roasted Shallot                                      4          bulbs

Roasted Garlic                                      4          cloves

Dried Shrimp                                         2          tablespoon(s)

Palm Sugar                                           2          teaspoon(s)

Tamarind Paste Juice                            2          teaspoon(s)

Coconut Milk                                         2          tablespoon(s)

Fish Sauce                                            2          teaspoon(s)

Pomelo                                                 100       grams

Lime Juice                                            1          tablespoon(s)

Sliced Thai Hot Pepper                          1          tablespoon(s)

Ground Roasted Peanuts                       2          teaspoon(s)

Roasted Coconut                                  1          tablespoon(s)

Sliced Kaffir Lime Leaves                       2          leaves

Thai Jasmine Rice                                 200       grams

                    

Method

1. Finely pound roasted dried Thai hot pepper, roasted shallot, roasted garlic and roasted dried shrimp until all blended well.

2. Put the pounded ingredients in a bowl, add palm sugar, tamarind paste juice, coconut milk and fish sauce. Stir it well.

3. Add pomelo, lime juice, sliced Thai hot pepper, ground roasted peanuts, roasted coconut, sliced kaffir lime leaves and Thai jasmine rice. Mix all together.

4. Serve with grilled tiger prawn.

方法

1.捣碎烤干辣椒,烤红葱,烤大蒜和海米,直至均匀。

2.将捣碎的材料放入锅中,加入椰糖、酸角果酱 、椰奶和鱼露,然后拌至混合均匀。

3.加入柚子、青柠檬汁、剁辣椒、磨碎的花生、烤椰子、切丝的柠檬叶、香茉莉香米饭,拌所有东西至混合均匀。

4.配上烤虾一起食用。
