Rice Mixed with Galangal Paste

Ingredients

Pork Udder 500 grams Finely chopped Coriander Root, Garlic and Black Pepper 2 tablespoons

Soy sauce 1 tablespoons

Sugar 1 tablespoons

Galangal 2 pieces

Garlic 6 cloves

Dried Chilli 4

Salt 1/2 teaspoons

Method

1. Marinate pork with finely chopped coriander root, garlic and black pepper, soy sauce and sugar for approximately 2 hours, then grill on low heat until cooked.

2. Roast galangal, garlic and dried chilli until medium dry, then finely pound.

3. Roast the pounded paste on pan and season with salt, then mix the rice together.

4. Serve with grilled pork.

 

高良姜辣椒酱拌饭

成分

猪乳房肉 500 克

切碎的香菜根、大蒜、黑胡椒 2 汤匙

酱油 1 汤匙

糖 1 汤匙

高良姜 2 块

大蒜 6 瓣

干辣椒 4 颗

盐 1/2 茶匙

 

方法

1.用切碎香菜根、大蒜、黑胡椒,酱油和糖腌制猪肉约2个小时,然后用小火烤熟猪肉。

2.将高良姜、大蒜和干辣椒烤在炒锅上到干,然后拿来捣碎。

3.把捣碎的辣椒酱烤在炒锅上,用盐调味,然后将香米饭拌在一起。

4.配上烤猪肉一起食用。
